Few months back, Elon musk Tesla CEO bidded to buy Twitter and almost closed a deal but recently we haven’t been hearing much as to a sign off till now.
Seems he is trying to back off and Twitter executives won’t be letting him do that easily. Twitter board is committed to closing this deal on the terms and price agreed with Elon and plans to pursue legal action to enforce merger agreement but Elon’s reason remains that, according to CNBC his lawyer sent a lettter to the social media company claiming the company has not complied with its contractual obligations.
They said Twitter allegedly didn’t hand over buisness information that the Tesla CEO requested, unclear specifically what he was looking for , but he said something in the past about wanting to look into the company’s claim about spam accounts before a deal can be reached ! Well we will see how this ends, because no be by force to buy market!!!
Still on Elon musk, He recently welcomed his twins from one of his top Executives Shivon Zilis making it a total of 9 kids of his own. Congratulations!! He was able to have all 9 via his wife, girlfriend ,including a surrogate and he is of the opinion that the world needs more population as he thinks there are not enough people to occupy Mars!!! Elon loves a big family and he is rich!!! 😊
