After the completion of Monday’s fixtures in Groups A and B at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, Mali, Morocco, Senegal, DR Congo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Sudan, Cameroon, Ivory Coast and Mozambique have all confirmed qualification for the round of 16.
Host nation Morocco and fellow Group A contenders Mali advanced thanks to strong group performances, while defending champions Ivory Coast and regional heavyweight Cameroon booked their tickets from the tightly contested Group F, where Mozambique also did enough to progress. Senegal and DR Congo emerged from Group D, with Benin joining them after key results went their way, as Burkina Faso and Sudan capitalised on their Group E campaigns to secure passage to the knockouts.
