The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has upturned the election of the lawmaker representing Adamawa North Senatorial District in the National Assembly on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Ishaku Abbo.
The appellate court ruled in favour of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Amos Yohanna.
