Former US President Barack Obama has once again set the internet ablaze after a resurfaced interview clip showed him speaking confidently about extraterrestrial life.
In the now-viral video shared on X, Obama confirmed that aliens exist, but insisted he has never personally laid eyes on one.
Obama said: “They’re real, but I haven’t seen them. They’re not being kept at Area 51. There’s no underground facility, unless there’s this enormous conspiracy and they hid it from the President of the United States.”
While dismissing conspiracy theories about secret underground labs and hidden alien bodies, the former US leader maintained that the universe is simply too vast for humanity to be alone.
Throughout and after his presidency, Obama has repeatedly taken the same stance, no confirmed encounters inside the White House, no secret alien briefings, but an open mind about life beyond Earth.
The clip has since triggered fresh debate online, with believers cheering his comments and skeptics demanding proof.
