Senator Victor Umeh has intensified efforts to improve education in Anambra Central with the construction of a six-classroom block at Eziogboo Primary School, Amansea, in Awka North Local Government Area.

The project is aimed at addressing infrastructure challenges in the school and creating a more conducive environment for teaching and learning.

In addition to the classroom project, the senator awarded full scholarships to three students from Amansea to support their university education through graduation.

The beneficiaries are Okoye Chimaobi Samuel, a Theatre Arts student; Onyekwelu Chiamaka Brenda, studying Health Education; and Ubia Joseph Ugochukwu, a Science Education student, all of whom are enrolled at the .

The initiative forms part of Senator Umeh’s broader constituency development programme focused on expanding access to quality education, improving learning infrastructure, and empowering young people through educational support.

Community members have welcomed the projects, describing them as significant investments in the future of children and youth in Amansea and the wider Anambra Central Senatorial District.
