In a statement issued by the Abia APC State Publicity Secretary, Uche Aguoru, the party described the confirmation of candidates who emerged victorious during the National Assembly and governorship primaries as a reflection of the confidence reposed in their leadership, competence and capacity to deliver.

According to the statement, the party is optimistic that with unity and collective commitment, its candidates will secure decisive victories at the polls and position the APC to take over governance at all levels in Abia State.

The party also commended the National Chairman of the APC, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, and members of the National Working Committee for conducting what it described as a transparent, credible and fair primary election that gave all aspirants equal opportunities to participate.

“There are no losers in the APC family. The greater task before us is to remain united, work together with determination and ensure victory for our party at all levels in the forthcoming elections,” the statement said.
