The Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Orji Uzor Kalu, has congratulated community leader from Amaekpu Ohafia in Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State, Engr. Eke Ukwa, on his 81st birthday.
In a statement on Sunday, Kalu joined the celebrant’s family, friends, associates and members of the Amaekpu Ohafia community in celebrating the milestone, describing the occasion as one worthy of thanksgiving.
The former Abia State Governor acknowledged Ukwa’s contributions as an elder and community leader, noting that the experience and knowledge of senior citizens remain important to preserving community values and promoting peaceful coexistence.
Kalu said attaining the age of 81 was a significant milestone and an opportunity to appreciate God for the gift of life and the celebrant’s journey over the years.
He congratulated Engr. Ukwa for witnessing the growth and progress of succeeding generations and prayed for his continued strength and wellbeing.
