In a decisive ruling, the Supreme Court has rejected the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Ovie Omo-Agege, challenging the victory of Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori.
The court determined that the appeal lacked merit, with the appellant failing to meet the burden of proof required for a successful case.
Currently, the court is in the process of delivering the judgment in the Labour Party’s appeal.
