Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has made headlines with his audacious terms for future collaborations, declaring that aspiring partners must adhere to a unique set of requirements, including foot-licking and car-buying.
The “Zazu” crooner, basking in the success of his chart-topping collaboration with British-Nigerian rapper Skepta, didn’t hold back during a recent Instagram live session with fans.
“People talked down on me, but Skepta helped me,” Portable recounted, reflecting on the unexpected turn of events that led to his high-profile collaboration.
Undeterred by past skepticism, Portable laid out his conditions for future team-ups: “If you want to feature me on a song, you will have to lick my foot and buy me a car.”
Portable’s unapologetic stance underscores his newfound confidence and assertiveness in the industry.
His collaboration with Skepta on the hit single “Tony Montana” marks a significant milestone, propelling Portable to the top spot on Apple Music Nigeria for the first time since his breakout hit “Zazu.”
