A cleric identified as Harrison Charles Anazodo, founder of Dayspring Assembly in Awada, Obosi, Anambra State, has reportedly been arrested by operatives of the state’s Udogachi Security Outfit.
According to sources, the arrest took place on Wednesday evening following a prolonged search operation at the church premises. The security operatives were said to have tracked and apprehended the cleric after several hours of searching.
Anazodo has previously faced allegations bordering on the unlawful conduct of marital relationships involving church members, as well as other claims that have generated public controversy.
