A woman identified as Mrs. Ogechi John has been arrested by the Enugu State Police Command in connection with the alleged death of her nine-year-old stepdaughter in Enugu State.
The incident reportedly occurred on Monday at about 3:00 p.m. Neighbours alleged that the suspect had repeatedly maltreated the child before the incident.
