The South-East chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has commended the Federal Commissioner representing Enugu State at the Federal Character Commission (FCC), Hon. Peter Ogbonna Eze, for his outstanding performance and contributions to inclusive governance and public service.
The commendation was contained in a statement issued by the APC National Vice Chairman (South-East), Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, under the party’s “Spotlight on Exceptional Young Progressives” initiative, established to recognise emerging leaders making significant contributions to democratic governance and national development.
According to Dr. Arodiogbu, Hon. Eze has distinguished himself through professionalism, accountability, fairness and a strong commitment to promoting national unity.
He noted that the Enugu-born Federal Commissioner has continued to uphold the constitutional mandate of the Federal Character Commission by promoting equitable representation and strengthening public institutions in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
The APC leader also praised Hon. Eze’s efforts in stakeholder engagement, youth participation in governance and the promotion of equal opportunities for Nigerians regardless of ethnic, religious or regional backgrounds.
Beyond his statutory responsibilities, Dr. Arodiogbu said Hon. Eze has continued to inspire young Nigerians through selfless service, grassroots development, youth empowerment and initiatives aimed at advancing economic diplomacy and strengthening Nigeria’s international partnerships.
He described Hon. Eze as a leader whose integrity, competence and patriotism exemplify the quality of leadership needed to drive sustainable development and deepen democratic governance.
The South-East APC reaffirmed its commitment to recognising and celebrating young progressive leaders whose dedication and vision continue to contribute to national unity and the country’s overall development.
