The Enugu State Government is set to host a grand welcome home reception in honour of former Chief of the Naval Staff, Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla, following the successful completion of his tenure as the 24th Chief of the Naval Staff.
The event is scheduled to hold at the International Conference Centre, Enugu, and is expected to bring together top government officials, military officers, traditional rulers, business leaders and other dignitaries to celebrate the retired naval chief’s distinguished career and contributions to national security.
The reception is aimed at recognising Vice Admiral Ogalla’s years of dedicated service, professionalism and commitment to the growth of the Nigerian Navy and the defence of the nation.
Expected guests include senior government functionaries, members of the armed forces, captains of industry and other prominent personalities from within and outside Enugu State.
The ceremony will also serve as an opportunity to honour one of Enugu State’s distinguished sons for his impactful leadership and service to Nigeria.
