The wife of the Osun State Governor, Ngozi Adeleke, has urged eligible voters across the state to come out and exercise their franchise in the ongoing governorship election.

Ngozi made the call on Saturday shortly after casting her ballot, assuring residents that voting was peaceful at her polling unit.

She urged those who were yet to vote to leave their homes and head to their respective polling units, stressing that participating in the election was their civic responsibility.

“As you can see, there’s no intimidation of any kind,” she said.

The governor’s wife also appealed to Osun indigenes to take part in the electoral process, saying there was no rancour or fighting at her polling location.

“I’m saying it authoritatively to every Osun indigene that there’s peace, everything is going on peacefully. There’s no rancour, there’s no fight. There’s no intimidation of any kind,” she said.
