Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Victor Umeh, has commiserated with the family of the late General Manager of the Anambra State Signage and Advertisement Agency (ANSAA), Hon. Chijioke Joseph Agbanyim, who died at the age of 58.
Senator Umeh paid a condolence visit to the deceased’s family at Ngo Umudunu Village, Awka-Etiti, in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State, on Thursday.
During the visit, the senator expressed sympathy with the family over the loss of their patriarch, describing the death of Agbanyim as painful.
As part of his support for the bereaved family, Senator Umeh announced a full academic scholarship for the deceased’s son, Master Chinedu Agbanyim.
The scholarship will cover the young student’s education from Senior Secondary School One (SS1) through his first degree, providing continued educational support in the years ahead.
Senator Umeh also prayed for the repose of the deceased’s soul and asked God to grant the family the strength and fortitude to bear the loss.
Until his death, Hon. Chijioke Joseph Agbanyim served as the General Manager of the Anambra State Signage and Advertisement Agency (ANSAA).
The senator’s gesture has provided immediate support to the bereaved family while also offering educational assistance to the deceased’s son following the loss of his father.
