Former Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Professor Nnenna Oti, has paid a courtesy visit to the Chancellor of Rhema University Nigeria, Bro. Emma Okorie, ahead of the institution’s 9th–13th Combined Convocation Ceremonies scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, in Aba, Abia State.
Professor Oti, who was accompanied by her husband, visited the Chancellor at his office on Friday, October 23, 2026. The meeting provided an opportunity for cordial interaction ahead of the university’s convocation ceremony.
She is among the distinguished personalities expected to receive an honorary Doctor of Science degree during the event in recognition of her contributions to education and humanity.
The planned conferment highlights the university’s efforts to recognise individuals whose achievements and service have made meaningful contributions to their respective fields and society.
