A Nigerian fresh graduate has set online abuzz after issuing a dramatic ultimatum to President Bola Tinubu, demanding to be appointed as the next Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The graduate, who claimed he had just completed his studies only 10 minutes earlier, made the demand in a TikTok video shared by content creator @j\_perfect1.
In his words, “I just graduated 10 minutes ago and I never see work. I give you 24 hours, make me the CBN governor. You hear wetin I dey talk? I no wan dey follow them dey do all these things. In the next 24 hours, if I no see say you write application come give me, you go see wetin I go do.”
Although he did not disclose what action he planned to take, the fresh graduate vowed to act if Tinubu failed to meet his request within the 24-hour deadline.
The unusual video quickly went viral, drawing a wave of reactions across social media as Nigerians weighed in on his bold demand.
