The wife of the Chairman of Isoko South Local Government Area, Mrs. Abigail Warri, marked the administration’s second anniversary by donating relief items to orphans and nursing mothers across the council area.
As part of the anniversary activities, Mrs. Warri visited an orphanage where she donated food items and other essentials to support the children’s wellbeing. She also presented baby care materials to selected nursing mothers to ease the burden of caring for newborns.
She said the outreach reflects the administration’s commitment to improving the welfare of vulnerable residents through people-centred programmes alongside infrastructural development.
Beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the support and prayed for continued wisdom and strength for the Chairman, Hon. (Comr.) Warri Ovoke Friday, and Mrs. Abigail Warri.
The outreach was attended by the Vice Chairman of Isoko South Local Government, Hon. Theresa Ikrike, and other council officials.
