The ebullient governorship candidate of the Action Peoples Party (APP) in Abia state, Chief Mascot Uzor Kalu, and his campaign team continued the APP second-wave ward-round tour in Ugwunagbo today, finishing off the INEC wards in the L.G.A. and consolidating the party’s stronghold in the area.
Chief Kalu, who has visited all the wards in Ugwunagbo twice since the flag-off of his campaign, boosted the confidence of his supporters and challenged supporters of other parties, whose candidates campaign in proxy, to bring their governorship candidates to their respective wards.
The APP tour train campaigned in five INEC wards of Ugwunagbo—wards 1, 2, 4, 3, and 5.
Prof. Osondu Akoma, Chief Signor Kanu, and Chief (Hon.) Fortune Nwanganga, candidates for the APP’s deputy governorship, Abia South senatorial district, and Ugwuagbo State House of Assembly, respectively, were part of the campaign today.
